The Council's Development Agreement with St Modwen's is coming to an end, presenting a real opportunity to consider proposals for the land covered by the remainder of that development site, and in particular how this relates to opening up the western entrance to the Concourse Centre. The Council is seeking a partner to consult on this opportunity and to prepare and submit the bid for the Government "Levelling Up Fund - Tender Documentation will be made available on Wednesday 21st July 2021 via the Chest Online portal. The Terms and Conditions for this tender will be uploaded no later then 16th August 2021.
