To supply, erect, maintain and dismantle scaffolding to Housing Leeds housing properties and Leeds City Council's non-housing properties, city wide throughout the City of Leeds.
The contract will be for planned and responsive works. The emergency element will require the contractors to provide a 24-hour call out service and respond to emergencies e.g. with an on-site response time within 1 hour.
