North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as The "Council") invites quotations for the provision of services to lead on a dedicated programme of work to address the sale and use of illicit tobacco and e-cigarettes. This project will take place in two phases: Intelligence and Enforcement (Phase One), and Education, Training, and Underage Sales (Phase Two).
