To support the development of a sustainable transport hub, WBC wish to prepare an outline business case for the potential town centre site. This work will include:
â¢master planning the area of and around the location of the proposed sustainable transport hub;
â¢reviewing massing options for the site and exploring how built form could be accommodated alongside and/or above the sustainable transport hub;
â¢establishing the function of the transport aspects of the hub; and
â¢exploring options for the neighbouring WBC and HCC land holdings
