West Berkshire Council requires a contract for Care Home Catering. The provision of catering services at three Care Homes within West Berkshire Council boundaries as outlined in Appendix A to the specification.
Details relating to each of the Council's three (3) Care Homes included in this contract are attached as Appendix B to the Specification. This includes the service required and the facilities at each unit. The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the site portfolio.
Suppliers are asked to submit a price for each site as detailed in the pricing schedule. Whilst we are looking for a price per site, we are evaluating on total prices for food costs, overheads and management costs. Please see tender evaluation model for more details.
The current care home catering contract termination date is 31 March 2021.
