Purchase of an excimer Laser Ablation system for coupling with an Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometer

The University wishes to purchase a laser ablation - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (LA-ICP-MS) equipment package, which be used for ultra-low abundance and high-precision trace element and isotopic analysis of solid materials, though both high spatial resolution chemical imaging and point analysis (note that this tender is for the laser ablation system only).
