The Town Council are offering exclusive use of the areas marked red in the attached plan of Roe Hill Hall, Briars Lane under licence for 3 years for use Monday - Friday September - May (subject to negotiation).
With plenty of parking, an enclosed 3G football area, children's play area, rugby and football pitches, Roe Hill Hall is an ideal area for any educational establishment to consider setting up.
Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelop to the Town Council by 31/7/2020 marked "Contract Bid"
