Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the conversion of 18 maisonettes and 1 communal meeting room to create 9 x 3 bed houses and 1 x 2 bed bungalow along with associated landscaping and external works. The site is located on The Greenway, Hurst Green (Oxted).

Planning consent was granted on the 8th May 2018.
This will be a single stage procurement process beginning with the issuing of the ITT provided to 4 contractors only (pre-selected using Constructionline adhering to Council procedures).
