This Scheme will involve the construction of a car park on the old Blakewater Lodge site and will encompass the following works:

⢠Excavation of acceptable material and reuse on site where feasible, or remove off site to tip.
⢠Provide and install surface water drainage inc inspection Chamber and connection to sewer.
⢠Provide and install surface water channels
⢠Provide and install kerblines,
⢠Provide and install street lighting inc ducting and chambers
⢠Construction of car parking area using flexible materials
⢠Installation of road markings
⢠Provide and install height barrier
⢠Traffic management
⢠Disposal of any materials removed as part of the works
