This service is for the provision of a Registered Provider for short stay flats in a Extra Care scheme. The Extra Care scheme currently providing flats for permanent occupation. Nomination rights for those flats remain with the local Borough Council.

Four unoccupied flats have been offered for temporary short stays as part of a programme of short stay options to support hospital flow during the Covid emergency.
