The University of Leeds is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor for the Refurbishment of the onsite common room within the Central Village student accommodation. Refurbishment includes removal of all furniture, removal of flooring, removal of existing TV cabinets, pin boards, lighting and stud walls. Installation of new flooring, lighting, ceiling suspended timbers and mesh, painting including woodwork, installation of furniture, commissioning of all electrical works
The Programme is to start 20th July 2023, procurement of all possible materials prior to 31st July is essential. The University will purchasing all furniture from Framework Supplier - all other accessories / ceiling /lighting/flooring details are attached in the project documentation. Delivery of the project is 8th September 2023
Suppliers must demonstrate that this programme is achievable in order to be considered for award.
