Additional information: This notice is made to notify industry of the Authority's decision to not award a contract in relation to the advertised opportunity for the Man-portable Surveillance and Target Acquisition Radar (MSTAR) Obsolescence Replacement Programme (ORP). In accordance with the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations (DSPCR) 2011, Regulations 33(9) and (10), the Authority has exercised abandonment of the Restricted Procedure. The reason for this decision is that the Authority received no compliant tenders in response to the Invitations to Tender (ITT) issued to prospective contractors whom expressed interest in this contract.
