HAC5310 Learning Disability Residential Care & Supported Living Framework

This is an early engagement event to give advance notification to potential suppliers that may be interested in discussing with the Commissioners the requirements of the service and applying for this future contract opportunity.

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to establish a Framework with reputable, suitably experienced and qualified organisations to provide an innovative and creative range of local (i.e. within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets) supported living accommodation and residential care for people with learning disabilities.

This contract will support the delivery of the Adults Learning Disability Strategy, Living Well in Tower Hamlets and aims to develop a greater range of supported living accommodation and enable people with learning disabilities to live in their own accommodation, closer to their families, friendship networks and local community, as well as offered quality residential care accommodation.

The contract will be divided into three lots:

 Lot 1 learning disability residential care;

 Lot 2 learning disability supported living

 Lot 3 supported living for people with high/complex physical and sensory needs and behaviour that challenges
