The Council wishes to procure a multi-disciplinary consultancy team to prepare an indicative design and associated business case, including delivery, operating and finance models, for the delivery of a new 400-500 space multi-storey car park in Walsall Town Centre.
Delivery of the commission will need to align with the emerging outcomes from the Walsall Town Centre Masterplan (led by Arcadis Consulting (UK) Ltd), as well as adopted planning policy- the Walsall Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP).
The scope of works are expected to be delivered and outcomes reported within 3 months of contract award. Contract monitoring and payments will be staged based on delivery.
The scope of works includes extended optional works which the Council may instruct (at its discretion) post the completion of the main work stream
