To replace all windows (communal and dwelling) for both blocks at Franklin Court (1-18 & 19-24) - see appendix 1.\r

The blocks are in close proximity and share access through an electronic gate. Access to the blocks is provided to the rear.\r

There are a total of 106 timber framed windows (1-18, 73 windows & 19-24, 33 windows) and an additional 2 port hole windows with coloured glazing.
