Job Title: Locum Housing Disrepair Solicitor
Rate of Pay: £23.09 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Sandwell Council House, Oldbury, B69 3DE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract type: Temporary (Agency) 12 weeks with a view to extend

Brief description:
About you:
You will be qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive.
The Role:
⢠Prepare and process cases and legal documents in the area of disrepair for Housing and litigation.
⢠Carry a caseload and work with minimal or no supervision.
⢠Personally, manage complex casework and legal projects in the area of Housing and litigation law.
⢠Assist with the setting up of internal processes and deliver training to internal client department.
⢠Provide responsive advice on the management of risk on legal issues.
No DBS is required for this role.
