DUD - Provision of a Consultancy Service to Supplement the Existing Design Services for Adaptations and Other Works

To provide full working drawings for predominantly Disabled Facilities Grant funded schemes to enable Building Contractors to undertake works on site to adapt domestic properties to meet disability need.

Adaptations will include but not be limited to:-

1) Internal Alterations

For example:- any combination of a level access shower, internal door widening for wheelchair access, new kitchen layout, garage conversion, loft conversion

2) External Works

For example:-new ramping installation, external soft play area

3) New Build

For example:-extension to provide bathing, extension to provide sleeping and bathing, extension to provide kitchen
