Leicester City Council (the Authority) is looking for an Operator with experience of delivering quality assured training courses, apprenticeships and structured training programmes for the fashion and textiles industry. The Authority is inviting applications to initiate, manage and operate Leicester Fashion Hub ('Hub'). The hub will will be located at 107-111 Bridge Road, Leicester LE5 3LD. This Concession arrangement will be on a two-year term which is a pilot skills and training initiative.
The Authority is particularly interested in attracting an Operator with an excellent understanding of the Fashion and Textiles sector within Leicester and Leicestershire and the associated challenges and barriers to business growth and sustainability.
