Invitation to Mini Compete (ITMC)

Consultants invited to undertake a full survey of the carpark area and the upper concourse, and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors.

• Strip out and replacement of screed and paving to the upper level including tanking down to structural deck.

• Removal of planters, ramps, and stairs

• Prepare surfaces as required.

• Provide new tanking to upper deck level.

• Provide new paving on screeded base.

• Reinstate planters, steps, and ramps.

• Replace all upper and lower-level drainage.

• Concrete repairs to all structural elements.

• Replacement of ACM as required.

• General repairs.
