The Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) wishes to appoint a single provider for the provision of architectural services (RIBA 4-6: conservation, new build and refurbishment of buildings). The provider must have Chartered Architects who have the appropriate skills and experience of implementing architectural schemes within a built and landscape heritage conservation context. The overall scope of this tender is to provide RIBA Stage 4, 5, and 6: design development, discharge planning conditions, completing Technical Design, putting together a Tender Package for contractors to bid for the construction of the scheme, overseeing the Construction phase and providing Handover, including 'as built drawings'.
