Corby Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide cleaning services for three of the council's sites across Corby.
Additional information: Since this requirement was advertised, progress on the Future Northants programme, detailed at paragraphs 13.1 to 13.5 (inclusive) at page 12/16 of the Council's Document 2 - Specification, has made significant progress. As such, it has unfortunately become unsound to continue this procurement on behalf of the Council in isolation, without considering the wider Future Northants programme and requirements.
On this basis and the grounds set out in the Council's Document 1 - Instructions to Bidders document, point 1.4.20. (page 6/14), which confirms "The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender", the Council has made the decision to abolish the procurement on this occasion with interim arrangements operating in the intervening period.
