We are developing an "Asset Management Consultancy" DPS. A DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) is like a framework except new suppliers can join at any time during the term, so you can ensure that your incumbent supplier can bid, and there is no restrictive tender exercise for them to be placed on the Solution. Each set of requirements will be defined during the call off competition procedure.
Below are the categories we envisage being included in the solution.
