Culturally appropriate advocacy pilots (9 pilots) This will involve the delivery of three models of culturally appropriate advocacy across nine pilots in England
Model A - community in-reach model in areas with high or moderately high BAME detention rates
Model B - inpatient model in areas with high BAME detention rates
Model C - inpatient model in areas with low BAME detention rates
The Procurement will be split into 6 LOTs

LOT 2 - Model A & B Region 2 (East Midlands. East of England. London)£163,000
LOT 3 - Model A & B Region 3 (West Midlands. South West. South East) £163,000
LOT 4 - Model C Region 1 (North East. North West. Yorkshire and the Humber) £40,000
LOT 5 - Model C Region 2 (East Midlands. East of England. London) £40,000
LOT 6 - Model C - Region 3 (West Midlands. South West. South East) £40,000
