Leeds City Council is seeking to enter into 2 separate contracting arrangements with organisations able to provide a service providing suitable containers, the collection and subsequent recycling of the following: Lot 1 - Mixed Paper at all eight of our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC's) and numerous bring bank sites located throughout Leeds. Lot 2 - Cardboard at all eight of our HWRC's Please note that this is an incoming generating contract, we anticipate the income to be around £200,000 over the duration of the contract (8 years).
