Replacement of Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning Units, Chiller, Extract Fans within the Hawthorn Building's four Quadrangles at De Montfort University, Leicester.

The University requires single provider for the replacement of the existing Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning Units, Chiller, Extract Fans within the Hawthorn Building four Quadrangles, as part of a roof works which shall be carried out by a separate contractor.

The Contractor is to perform a site survey prior to works to assess and formulate their own evaluation of the extent of the works.

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to remove redundant items from site in a planned manner that considers the safety of others including the construction team and also those in the surrounding environment.

The contract is for a period of twelve weeks commencing Monday 10th May 2021.
