Bolsover District Council are looking to appoint a contractor to provide repair works as per our Schedule of Works for adaption and modernisation works. The repair works are to include a full electrical re-wire; full replacement central heating system; external windows and doors; removal and rebuild of internal elements including floors and stud walls and full replacement of the bathroom and kitchen.
