Forecasting Registrant Numbers

We are looking for an organisation that is able to design and build a sustainable forecasting model for all registrant numbers looking five and even ten years ahead.

It needs to distinguish between the various components of the register and be capable of being easily flexed according to clear parameters. It needs to be able to convert forecast registrant numbers into forecast fees. We envisage a model that uses historical patterns of data, actual obtainable data from within and outside the NMC, as well as reflecting judgements about various influences on the size of the register. It needs to balance complexity and empirical data with judgements in away that avoids over-complexity and spurious accuracy.
