This award follows a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework agreement (RM6088), under Lot 4.1: Construction Works and Associated Services - England / Wales. Value band £20 - £80m for the demolition of relevant existing buildings and the construction of a new Faculty of Technology building, to include landscaping to the surrounding sites (the Project).
