The High Intensity User service contributes to the delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan by reducing demand in Urgent and Emergency Care.
As part of the 2019/20 Operational Planning and Contracting Guidance, all health systems in England were advised to implement a High Intensity User service.
The contract is for three years with option to extend for a further two years. The contract value given in this notice is for the full five year term
