This Contract is for the supply of surface dressing binders for a period of two seasons with the option to extend for a further one season subject to continued funding, satisfactory performance of the supplier and the binders and acceptable prices. Derbyshire County Council's surface dressing seasons typically run from May until the end of August each year.
