Accurate Data Matching Tool that meets the existing business needs across the council. Its purpose is to use rules and algorithms to link data from 60+ different systems to create a 'golden record' for an individual and/or family. These records are used in an operational capacity for ad hoc investigations/projects and ensuring the council can meet its legal obligations This tool will be a short-term solution, while the council look at a strategic approach to a data matching capability within our Corporate Data Platform.
