The project comprises works to Plantroom in Maurice Keyworth Building. The project comprises the removal and replacement of 4no. gas-fired boilers; the installation of 2no. new gas-fired water heaters; upgrade of the control panel; installation of new pipework, new pressurisation unit, expansion vessels, a new ENWA unit; and, the installation of a new solenoid valve on to the incoming mains gas supply.
