Chorley Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a housing needs assessment across the three Central Lancashire Authorities comprising Chorley, Preston and South Ribble as detailed more fully in the Specification. The work will be required to review the previous SHMAs and Housing Study for central Lancashire and provide an updated report to provide the basis of housing need and distribution across the three Council areas.
The work will commence in November 2021 and be completed by February 2022

The deadline for expressions of interest in the opportunity is 5pm Thursday 14th October 2021. Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than 5pm Friday 15th October 2021.
