Global Standard Hockey Pitch

The University of Nottingham propose to appoint a contractor to carryout works to supply and install a replacement water-based synthetic hockey pitch synthetic at the Nottingham Hockey

Centre (formally Beeston Hockey Club) off University Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 2PS. The current hockey surface was installed in 2015 and has subsequently failed and is no longer fit for purpose. This now needs to be removed along with the in-situ shockpad and replaced with new.

The ITT (Invitation to Tender) will be based on a 2-stage tender process. - Stage 1: Selection Questionnaire, Stage 2: Tender Submission/Award Criteria. This document accompanies and is to be read in conjunction with the Stage 1: Selection Questionnaire.

• Contract Duration - The contract is expected to commence April 2022 with the estimated completion six weeks afterwards.
• Number of Contractors - One contractor will be awarded the contract.
• Conditions of Contract - The contract will operate under the JCT Minor Building Works Contract 2016 with MCD
