The London Borough of Bromley is seeking tenders for a delivery model to acquire 400 properties for affordable housing. The model offered by the Tenderer must have the ability to acquire a further 200 properties at the Council's discretion. The Council will consider all types of innovative delivery models. The Council is ideally looking for a contract period of 40 years; however, the Council will consider other proposed options. Please note that the estimated contract value is based on the estimated discounted value of 400 properties in year 40.
