This is a Contract Award for the removal of existing roof tiles across the building and to be then replaced with a VM-zinc covering as well as additional works to clad over the brickwork to the abutting nodes with a similar zinc material on the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton. The contract was awarded following a negotiated procedure without prior publication, in accordance with regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract Regulations.
