3. Quotation Providers must complete the relevant fields on the attached offer document 'Q212210704GG CC_ Giving Feedback Training Offer Schedule v1.0' . The evaluation of prices will be based on a criteria listed below.\
4. Quotation Providers must indicate what levels of discount would be applicable to their offer by completing the value discount table in the attached pricing schedule.\
5. Quality standards;\
5.1 Products must comply where appropriate with all current British standards or their European/International equivalent.\
5.2 Proof of compliance with the above standards, including representative samples must be available upon request. \
6. Contracts may be awarded in whole or in part, or not at all.\
