Woodbridge Town Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for its three year grounds maintenance contract to start from 1st April 2023 .
Any company who are interested in submitting a tender and quotation should study the supplied full and summarised contract specification and submit an electronic proposal no later than 5pm on Friday 30th September 2022.

Additional information: Potential contractors are welcome to view the Council's estate, and can request the presence of the Town Clerk and/ or Deputy Town Clerk to attend should they wish.
As part of your formal submission Woodbridge Town Council request that the Grounds Maintenance and Bin Emptying elements of the contract are priced separately (although it is expected that the contract will not be split between contractors - this is for internal information only)
Potential contractors are also asked to detail the number of staff they expect to employ in order to fulfill the contract.
