D&B fit out out of a c. 22,000 sq ft modular office block which has been purchased by the Trust to shell and core specification. The proposed scheme will provide 331 desks/individual working spaces across three stories, including WCs, Kitchen/Tea points and meeting spaces. This is a core enabling scheme for decant of existing office accommodation prior to demolition.
