University of Chester wished to make a direct award to
Studylink Tours for Lot 2 - Student Group Travel Services under the Travel Management Framework 2019. This direct award followed our review of the Travel Management Framework Buyers Guide which established that Studylink Tours was the number one ranked supplier on Lot 2.
