Helpdesk availability for telephone support required: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. If available, please also submit quote for Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 12 Midday. Email support also required.

Category 3 (Minor) 30 minutes of a Support Hour Every 1 Day 5 Working Days
Category 4 (Minor) 2 Support Hour Weekly 10 Working Days
Category 5 (Minor) 3 Support Hour Fortnightly 30 Working Days
Category 1: Hardware fault, communications fault, disk space or power faults. Database and software faults.
Category 2: Cat 2 Modules or Internal reports not working and no work around available for one or more users.
Category 3: Cat 3 Modules or Internal reports not working and no work around available for one or more users
Category 4: Help with applications, training needs, further, non-urgent configuration to all modules.
Category 5: Ad Hoc Reports (Crystal)
