The Rough Sleeping Initiative (RSI) is a central government programme aimed at helping people off the streets. As part of a collaborative approach across the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), Oldham Council is seeking to continue delivering a Rough Sleeping Navigator (RSN) service to a designated cohort of individuals who are / have been / are at risk of sleeping rough in Oldham. Funding has been secured to deliver this service to 31st March 2025
