Temporary Supported, Direct Access Accommodation and Support Services for people that are Homeless or at risk of Homelessness

Provision of the above service by a single provider or consortium of Providers under a Prime Provider model to deliver the Service. Applications to participate and documentation can be obtained at www.the-chest.org.uk. The Service will comprise of the following elements;

a. The Temporary Supported Accommodation Services

• Single Homeless Males, Single Homeless Females or Single Homeless Mixed Gender Accommodation

• The Single homeless Females Accommodation

• The Young People Accommodation b. The Direct Access Services

• The Direct Access Provision for Young People (aged 16-21)

• The Direct Access Provision Adults (emergency) Direct Access Provision c. The Support Service

• The Support Service (outreach)
