6.1.The Well Travelled Clinic (WTC) is part of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine Group and has clinics in Liverpool and Chester city centres.
As part of the LSTM Group, the Well Travelled Clinic is looking for a new Patient Administration System. WTC currently manage a database of around 10,000 patients across 2 clinic locations and offers around 800 appointments per month. Services include providing vaccinations, tablets, Travel Health advice, Occupational Health Services and other travel related services to a wide range of private and commercial patients.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
