⢠Support for the Digital Lead to shape and develop the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service and refresh TEC roadmap through bi-weekly one to one sessions and where required extended to Project Manager. Connection with other council leads with relevant experience who can support and advise Kent. Development of a community of practice with other councils at a similar stage of development.
