The purpose of the Covid19 Response and Admission\r

Avoidance Service is to deliver a short, timely\r intervention of support for up to 14 days to\r

? people being discharged from hospital to their own\r home who are confirmed Covid19 positive or who\r may be suspected or asymptomatic or awaiting a\r test result\r

? those already in the community, at home, who are\r unwell to avoid hospital admission who are\r confirmed Covid19 positive or who may be\r suspected or asymptomatic or awaiting a test result\r

? as an additional support where there is lack of\r capacity in the homecare market.
