The CPS is responsible for the secure storage and disposal of public records to enable the CPS to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements with the Public Records Act 1958, Data Protection Act 2018 and Civil Service Code; Therefore, there is an ongoing need to securely and compliantly manage records.
