Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is committed to the procurement and implementation of IDVA services in order to enable the Council to carry out its statutory duties.
The provision of services is one of 4 key strategic priorities set out in the Oxfordshire Safe Accommodation Strategy as well as the Overarching Domestic Abuse Strategy published in 2022. This service specifies provision of services meeting the required standards set out in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 to include the needs of minority groups and individuals with care and support needs to improve their health outcomes and address inequalities.

There is an option to extend for up to 2 years in aggregate. The highest range of contract value includes the optional extension period plus an allowance for additional funding , should that be made available during the life of the contract.
