Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide food and drink at music events held at the Bandstand on Southsea Common.
Events will be held on Saturdays and Sundays between May 26th and August 11th 2019.
The Council is seeking to appoint approximately 5 traders who will be expected to work together on a rotation basis.
Please note, some weekends are not available as part of this quotation because they are part of separate events. These are highlighted within the documents.
All contracts will be a service concession contract that will require payment to the Council.
Please note that Council cannot accept bids that include the sale of alcohol or ice cream.
The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
Additional information: Portsmouth City Council is currently in the process of seeking expressions of interest for the following project - Catering Concession - Bandstand 2019.
