The renewal with Graitec for the Autodesk BIM 360 contract is required to ensure the continued operation of the Building Design teams ongoing construction management data system. This system is a key system which allows operations including sharing of key data with contractors on construction projects across the Council; internal sharing of data with Building Facilities, H&S services, Asset Strategy and other teams who rely on data to perform high importance functions.
